What to expect on a brand photoshoot?
I’ll come to your home, workspace or I can source for you a location that reflects your brand.
There will be creative planning calls to allow us to get to know one another. Together we will create a shot list to ensure we capture every aspect of your business story on the day. We will spend the time on the day to capture lots of relaxed business portraits, the formal headshots and detail shots of your hands at work and photos of your products.
Creating a library of images which will reflect you and your brand perfectly. Your personal brand photography needs to be unique to stand out from the crowd and give your ideal clients the best impression you can.
I will be there every step of the way to help capture your own story. My storytelling photography style will engage and inspire your ideal clients to stop scrolling and build a desire to want to learn more about you.

Short Story

What's Included
30 min planning call – time for us to get to connect and confirm the location for your shoot. Session is for 1 business owner.
1 hour shooting on the day – capture relaxed business portraits.
Delivery of images – two weeks after your shoot you will be delivered a selection of 20 beautifully edited images of which you will select 5 images. Your final selection of 5 images will be supplied in high resolution and web-ready via a personalised private online gallery.
Option to purchase additional images.
The Process
Before the Shoot
We will have an initial call to select the perfect package for you and discuss what your brand is all about and what you would like to achieve from your shoot.
After the call you will be sent a client guide on how to prepare for your brand shoot, questions and ideas to start the process to plan the location, styling and props for your shoot.
PLANNING
We will then have a pre-shoot planning call to define the creative direction for your shoot.
Discussing the style and aesthetics of your shoot, define all the details of the different types of images you need and the format to ensure you have photos that for web banners, newsletters, Instagram, Pinterest and other social platforms.
Together we will create a mood board in keeping with your brand style and ethos.
After our creative planning call, I will create a bespoke shoot guide for you, notes on props and styling, a pre-shoot checklist, and shot list for the day.
This shot list will act as an inspirational guide on the shoot day and keep us on track to capture all the brand stories we had planned to capture.
Shoot Day
This is the day when you will see your preparations come to life. We will have a fantastic day of focusing on you and creating content and business portraits that will feel you with excitement to share your business services with your ideal clients.
DELIVERY OF IMAGES
Two weeks after your shoot, your images will be delivered in high-resolution ready for print and low resolution for you to instantly add you your website and social media.

FAQs
I’ve not yet had a client that did not feel nervous or a little worried about having their brand photos taken. It’s not a normal activity that us business owners are used to but it is necessary to help us show up and be visible.
I promise that I will guide you though the whole process with ease and confident . We will have a planning call to help us both get to know each other before the shoot and it is my job to make you feel comfortable and relaxed to capture photos that you will love. So many clients always say to me at the end of the shoot ‘that was not as bad as I thought it was going to be’ and that ‘ I had fun’.
Your photoshoot will take place wherever you feel best reflects you and your business.
Planning the location for your shoot will be part of our planning call as this is a key element of your brand photo session. I work with many clients who do not have that ideal office – there are many options on where the location of your shoot can take place.
Perhaps you have a local coffee shop where you meet your clients, or like to catch up on your work with a coffee and cake.
We have options to hire an office / desk space or use the beautiful outdoors from the city scape or national trust parks. If you are booking a longer brand shoot we have the option to hire and Air B&B place to give the option to find a location that matches your brand vision.
This is my role to help guide you and make you feel comfortable, we will firstly have a planning call and create together a mood board to see the style of photos you would like to create for your business.
I will guide and direct you on what style of photos would work best for you. On the day of the shoot I will always share the back of my camera to let you see the photos we are creating and to show you different set ups to see which style of posing you like best.
This is the beauty of a personal brand photo shoot – we will capture a number of different types of images to showcase your brand and your business, including both head and full body shots, posed/candid, outdoors, indoors, working shots and above all you having fun and showing your clients why they need to connect with you.
If you book a shoot longer then 1 hour yes you can bring as many outfit changes as you wish.
Creating beautiful branding photographs to tell your business story requires planning – these images are the result of a planning call that is booked prior to your shoot. We will use this time for me to learn about your business values / messages and objectives. We will talk about your business inspirations, aspirations and what makes you, YOU.
Part of our planning will include the creation of a a joint Pinterest board to share inspirations and create a mood board for your photo-shoot.
This will all help us build a shot list of all the images we need to create and capture to support your business to help you become visible and help you create content that will result in sales.
All this planning and research into your business will build the foundation for a fun and well thought out brand photo shoot for your business where we will capture on brand photos that will tell the business story you wish to share.
Once the brand photo shoot is complete you will be delivered your photos back to you within 2 weeks where you will be able to view all your photos via a private online gallery with the option to download all the images in both high resolution files (for print use) and low resolution (for social media use)
